2、节能显著:风机气动性效率高,叶片采用扭曲机翼型叶片,,使风机运行阻力达到小,风机能够与通风网路很好匹配,节电节能效果极为显著。
矿用风机对旋主扇风机在使用时一般采用轨道轴向移动或是侧向移动,水平水泥基础铺设钢制轨道,大型矿用风机在安放时需要对现场土地承受能力进行勘测,达到要求时方可安装使用,否则会出现塌陷问题造成不必要的损失;矿用风机在安装前也需对周围进行考察,出风口需朝天或是面对荒野,不能对周围建筑或人群。
矿用无驼峰节能风机采用电机与叶轮直联的简传动结构,由集流器、主机体和扩散器等部件组成。采用新型机翼型扭曲叶片,安装角度可调,敷设稳流环装置使气动性能曲线无驼峰,底座上可配带轴向移动的车轮。因此,具有低噪、区宽、性能、结构简单、安装容易、使用方便等优点。采用中科院进的C-4/II行空间扭曲机翼型叶片,按“三元流”理论进行风机的气动设计,因此气动效率高,主机设有稳流环防喘振装置,在任何矿井阻力下均可运行,电机与叶轮采用直联结构,容易,无断轴危险
K系列矿用节能风机包括JK、DJK系列局扇,JK、DJK系列主扇和JK、DJK系列主辅扇。新一代JK系列矿用节能风机,设有稳流环装置,特性曲线无驼峰,效率更高,性能更好,规格更多,适应范围更广,大、中、小型的各类非煤矿山,均可从中选到适用的主扇,辅扇、局扇和各级机战风机。
为扩大该系列风机的性能范围,各类大中小型非煤矿山的需要,使低、中、高阻力和大、中、小风量的各类型通风网路,均可选到在区运转的主扇、|
